Thanks for taking an interest in investing with us. Below you will find a PDF file of a letter we include with each investor package we send out. I think this will give you a quick feel on how we approach things.

I should introduce who I mean by "we". Our team consists of Kim Nazaroff, our Compliance Officer/Operations Manager, and Diann Fong who is our Operations Administrator. We are all investors in the Trust; in other words we are your partners.

I should point out a couple of additional items:

Only Canadian residents are able to invest with us. This is a restriction set by Canada Revenue Agency and we have no flexibility.

To keep our operation simple, our fund is offered via offering memorandum not prospectus. This means there are restrictions as to who may invest with us and what the minimum investment may be. Please look under the section entitled "How to make an Investment" for further info.

The Trust is our in-house fund. This website is designed to provide information about the Trust. Early in 2009, we were appointed sub-advisor to Mackenzie Universal Canadian Value Class. If you are interested in knowing more about the Mackenzie funds, please refer to their website at www.mackenziefinancial.com .
