First and foremost, thanks for your support. The McElvaine Investment Trust has three Series of Units:

Series A: Pays dealer compensation
Series B: available only directly from McElvaine Investment Mgmt Ltd.
Series F: No dealer compensation paid

You may be aware that we also have a fund called McElvaine Fund Ltd. We are in the process of merging it with The McElvaine Investment Trust. Until we reach the required number of investors we are unable to proceed with the merger. In order to reach the required number of investors, we have set the purchase minimum for McElvaine Fund Ltd at $1,000. McElvaine Fund Ltd. only has one class of shares and does not pay any dealer compensation. Please contact us directly if you would like information on how to invest.
